Cheek Bubbles

Protogen cheek bubbles — the round side panels that complete the look of your protogen build. Available as plain 3D printed bubbles, custom LED-lighted panels, or full RGB NeoPixel cheeks driven by your ProtoFrenz 3.0 controller. Works with all ProtoFrenz, M16 Studios, and ZillionRoss head styles.

Options

• Bubble Only — one pair of 3D printed PLA+ cheek bubble panels in your chosen head style. Swap the look of your build, keep a spare set, or paint and fur them however you like.
• Lighted Cheeks — cheek bubble panels plus custom LED electronics. Send us your logo or artwork after purchase and we'll cut and backlight it into a glowing PETG panel. Compatible with ProtoFrenz 3.0 controller builds.
• NeoPixel Cheeks — cheek bubbles with a diffused RGB halo ring glowing behind the tinted bubble, driven by the ProtoFrenz 3.0 controller. Sync with your face and expressions, breathe, react to audio, hold a solid color, or run full rainbow mode. Available for all head styles.

NeoPixel Cheeks — How They Work

An addressable NeoPixel ring sits inside each cheek behind a printed diffusion channel, so the light reads as a clean, even halo through the tinted bubble — no visible LED dots. NeoPixel Cheeks connect to the ProtoFrenz 3.0 controller and are configured from the same WiFi WebUI as your face — no app, no account. Requires a ProtoFrenz 3.0 controller (all Studio and D-Lux heads, and PF3 electronics kits).

• Audio reactive — pulses to your voice and music
• Solid color — pick any color, hold it
• Rainbow mode — full spectrum cycle

If purchased with a head or head base, electronics will be fully connected. If purchased standalone, the cheeks ship ready to plug into the NeoPixel output on your ProtoFrenz 3.0 controller.

Lighted Cheeks — How It Works

1. Select Lighted Cheeks and your head style, then purchase
2. Send us your logo or artwork (PNG recommended, high contrast works best)
3. We'll prepare the panels to match your design
4. If purchased with a head or head base, electronics will be fully connected. If purchased standalone, electronics ship with bare tinned wire ends ready for soldering — connectors are not included.
