Services
Diagnostic — $35
We find the fault and send you a quote. The $35 is credited toward a repair booked within 30 days.
Electronics Swap — $90 + parts
Replace a failed controller, display, microphone, or touch sensor.
Display Upgrade — $75 + parts
Upgrade an LED Matrix head to a full-color NeoPixel display. Labor is free during your warranty. Which upgrades fit depends on your head; we'll confirm when you send your request.
ProtoFrenz 3.0 Retrofit — $125 + parts
Install a ProtoFrenz 3.0 controller in a ProtoFrenz head with an older controller: browser control, 134+ presets, a voice-reactive mouth and free firmware updates over home WiFi.
Full Refurb — $175 + parts
Strip-down, inspection, worn or failed parts replaced, rewired, reassembled and tested. Best for heads that have seen a lot of convention wear.
